It happens to everybody.

The same thought had struck me at a relatively young age (I was 5) and I was always so sad and couldn't talk to anybody about it. This may seem like bad または impossible advice, and あなた don't have to listen to me, but what I say is forget about it. Instead of being sad about death, find things that make あなた laugh. Humor always helped me - it's difficult to be sad about death または every single lonely person on the planet when you're laughing really hard. (But what will also help is going over and talking to the person who looks lonely, if it's reasonable. Perhaps they're not lonely at all; あなた never know if あなた never ask.)

Sorry if this is sucky advice. xD It's normal to be scared または saddened によって death when the realization really hits you, but it's not just you.

Everyone will die, eventually. But it really depends on how あなた die; あなた could be the lucky ones who die naturally of old age, または あなた might die of an accident. Either way, trying to worry about the inevitable is useless, and it's best to not worry about it and instead live your life.

It's ok, this is completely normal for your age, although I know that won't make あなた feel any better. There is absolutely nothing weird about it at all, so don't worry about this point.

I've been there, and it's hard as hell - so I'll tell あなた how I dealt with it

1) Firstly, I would recommend talking to someone あなた trust about it, like your mum または dad. I know, it's hard to talk about your feelings - あなた probably feel lonely and panicky whenever あなた think about it, and embarrassed at the idea of telling anyone. But I promise you, talking about it makes it so much easier to cope with! And it makes あなた feel secure and loved, もっと見る importantly.

2) Another thing あなた could do is keep a diary, and write down all of your feelings in it. At least, I've always found that this helps me. It helps to bring logic back into your thoughts, and problems always look smaller on paper!

3) I would also recommend avoiding depressing books, films, etc. Something as small as watching a funny TV 表示する または 読書 a cheerful book really can lift your spirits. The 本 that really help me through tough times are the Jeeves 本 and the Blandings Castle 本 によって P.G. Wodehouse - あなた might want to try looking them up.

4) Finally (you'll like this one) - spoil yourself! Indulge in your favourite things. I remember that finding time to relax with good films and books, taking nice, hot baths, eating my favourite foods, etc, all helped to cheer me up. Even simple things like hot チョコレート with marshmallows can make あなた feel better.

I hope this helps you, even slightly. Please feel free to talk to me about this whenever あなた like - I know exactly how it feels, and I can help you, if あなた ever need me. :) xxx

haa I'm 14 too...
But seriously I just felt the same way. Last night I had a dream I died and started haunting my school. And then I woke up and thought of all the things I wanna do before I die. And I'm gonna make sure they happen. Stuff like your dream job, home, family, friends. Just think about that. I know I wanna write TV and 映画 and maybe act a little. And I'm not gonna stop until I get there. So just think about that. And what あなた wanna do. Not just today または tomorrow. Think about what you'll do in 10 years.

People die naturally around about 70. You've lived your life for ages, now think about this. Double your life and you're only at 28, and that's pretty young still. When you're 28, double that again and you're at 56. You've got a long way 'til the end.

But when あなた get to the point where you're old, あなた really don't worry about death. If あなた live your life fully and successfully, that's all a human being needs. Nothing more. Then あなた can lay on your death ベッド knowing you've lived your life. That's why あなた do well in school so あなた don't waste あなた life away!

And about your parents, it's the way. Other wise this world would be overly crowed. As The Lion King mentions that it's the "Circle of Life".

Hope that helps あなた a bit! :)
