transferring ipodの, ipod

i just got a ipodの, ipod touch 4g and i was wondering how to transfer my apps onto the new ipod. i know i can transfer from the iTunes account but what about apps like Tap Tap Revenge which have points,friends,and money stored up? can i get those back?

umm i wasnt talking about buying apps..i was talking about transferring apps i already have
