I need someones' opinion.

Okay, so I 愛 to draw and I just fnished a really nice drawing, but my フレンズ say I should enter it in a art competition being held at my HighSchool this summer, with a chance to win a Art Scholarship to Parsons' School of Creativity and Design. It sounded really cool at first but now Im just not sure about it now... What should I do?

Why is it that you're uncertain? あなた have nothing to lose. If あなた don't win, then that's fine, what does it matter? あなた did your best, and loads of people must have entered. If あなた do, then that's a brilliant acheivment, and no one can force あなた to accept the scholarship if あなた don't want to take it.

It's a great opportunity and it's worth a try. Honestly, enter it and see what happens. あなた may be pleasently surprised!
Whichever way it goes, it won't matter. Give it a go, あなた might regret it otherwise. And you've be thinking 'What if I had entered?'.

Go on, あなた owe it to yourself for completing such a fabulous deawing! :)

well its not like I DONT wanna enter I do but im afraid my drwaing arent good enough to even enterr, and the contest starts in two weeks and my best pictures yake at least 2 and a half weeks

あなた 発言しました yourself it's a nice drawing, and I'm sure it's great. Even if it does turn out that everyone else's are of a higher standard (i'm not saying they will be) then what will it matter? It's not like they're going to look at yours and think 'Why's she entered?!'. It's worth a shot. Have some self-belief. You're obviously an artist. :)

i think あなた should go for it. if u think about it if u dont win the contest its no big deal cos ull b the same as u are now. + there mayb some constructive criticism involved. judges または other artists may give u advice. the fact that u may have a chance to win such a wonderful prize is worth it either way.
mayb u should look at it like if あなた were playing the lottery. u really have nothing to lose!!
