I'm 13, I have long dark hair too. It's a nightmare. And it's not good when it comes to legs. I started shaving not long after I was twelve, and I shave about every 3 days. And for about a six months before that I was using cremes.

Appearence isn't everything, but if removing your leg hair will make あなた happy, then i do suggest starting with cremes.

You're not too young. Most girls start at 10 または 11 and it's got nothing to do with the whole 'everyone else does it' thing. あなた don't have to do it everyday (you pretty much don't need to). Shave if あなた want, it is honestly normal at your age.

I'm afraid shaving is pretty much the only way, sorry.

Thirteen is probably just the right age to start shaving. So, go ahead and shave. Why do あなた think you'll have to shave everyday? あなた don't have to shave every single day, for most people once a week is enough. But I shave mine about every three days または so.
