Yawns are a mirror neuron reaction. I can't tell あなた exactly why but when あなた see someone yawn あなた have to also. Also, yawns are a symptom of fatigue, antidepressants, and some kidney medicines.
yeah, because whe someomeone else yawns, it send the message to your brain to do the same. technically they aren't contagious, they just (usually) are a case of monkey see, monkey do in an unstoppable way.
CALLING ALL CURIOUS PEOPLE: THE REASON WHY WE YAWN, AND WHY IT IS CONTAGEOUS.
IT IS DUE TO HUMAN INSTICT. IT IS THE MOTION OF OPENING YOUR MOUTH WIDE. WE DON'T REALISE WHY WE DO IT, BUT IT'S NATURAL.ITS A MIRROR NEURON REACTION. ITS THE UNCONSIOUS PART OF OUR BRAIN KICKING IN. THE REASON WHY PEOPLE YAWN IS BECAUSE SOMETIMES WITHOUT あなた KNOWING, YOUR LUNGS GET LAZY AND DONT TAKE IN ENOUGH AIR, PARTICULARLY WHEN YOUR TIRED. SO, THE YAWN TOPS あなた BACK UP AGAIN. WHEN YOU'RE BORED あなた DONT TAKE IN AS MUCH AIR AS あなた SHOULD, SO YOUR BREATHING SLOWS DOWN THEN, TOO. THAT IS WHY PEOPLE YAWN, AND WHAT IT MEANS.

Soo.. You're saying that when we are bored, we breath slower? Have あなた proved this?
Yawning is an action that he body does to get もっと見る oxygen. when あなた yawn あなた can feel the body automatically taking もっと見る air in. we normally do it when we're bored, sleepy または just waking up because our body at this time doesn't really do much and so it yawns to get oxygen, as for why we do it when others yawn i have no clue
When あなた yawn, it means the brain needs もっと見る oxygen. When あなた see someone else yawn, your brain responds that it needs もっと見る oxygen as well and あなた yawn... >.>
it depends on if あなた have an emotional connection with the person who previously yawned. if あなた do, something in your brain sorta triggers and あなた yawn, almost like youre answering their call または something like that.
Yawns are caused によって too much carbon dioxide in the lungs. Seeing someone yawn, または thinking about yawning (I'm yawning right now) I think makes あなた remember that you're breathing. Once あなた realise that, it can sometimes become harder to breath. ...To be honest, I have no idea what I'm 書く here, I'm just putting up some ランダム stuff that sounds vaguely scientific.
