There is a difference between a serial killer and a fighter. A serial killer uses either unoriginal weapons (Like guns, knives, E.C.T.) または unorthodox weapons that are really impractical in combat (Such as a machete, a chainsaw.) A fighter has a weapon that is associated with a refined art and knows how to use it (Like swords, hand to hand, spears, daggers, real marksmanship.) Needless to say a fighter can take out a simple killer without any real problem. I have seen Chucky with an axe, a bat, and two butcher knives. Axes are really heavy and/or lack reach making them impractical against anything other than armored opponents (Such as knights). Bats are got for baseball but for it to be effective they need a good solid hit, making them impractical in real combat. Butcher knives are heavier than they need to be and the extra cutting power behind that is pointless, the double ナイフ set would make it harder to wield and the lack of reach makes them even もっと見る impractical. I would use a katana most likely, they are faster than both bats and axes plus better control over the blade because of the technique associated in addition to the fact that it does not require such a solid hit. It would also be easier to control than two knives in addition to the larger reach. As a fighter training in Kenjutsu, iaido, and Jodo, I think I can take him.
