help.... please :(

Okay, so here's the deal. I have been part of this club for a while, and I 愛 how its one of the most active クラブ out there. Theres only one problem. It spams up my 受信箱 whenever anything happens, so half of my 受信箱 is usually "Somebody has answered the _______ question" over and over again, and often, I dont even care about it. But there are a lot of topics that I like too, so I have no idea wether to quit または not. Please, could somebody give me some advice? Slightly もっと見る detailed than "do what あなた want"?
