I mean just because someone comes off as being nice and pretending like he/she is into you, あなた really don't know that person on the other side of the computer. That's one of the many problems with that internet, あなた can be whatever あなた want to be at anytime. If/when あなた meet in person it's a whole different scenario sometimes.
