Is it creepy if some one on here says they "love" u if they don't know u?

No it doesn't bother me! I 愛 the world ! When a ファン posts on my ウォール an image about 愛 または friendship, I like that. As they say..."Love makes the world go round"!

It depends. If they're your friend on here, then it's not wierd. I 愛 my フレンズ (in a friend way) & I say it when I want to. But if they don't know you, & you've never spoken to them in your life, または had any interaction with them on here at all, than yes, it's creepy.

It's a little creepy I suppose, but eh whatever.
