Ok so if u guys r close フレンズ and have been 4 a while then u prob don't wanna say anything unless it's worth risking ur friendship. If u guys aren't like besties but still talk and chill 2getha then i wud say go 4 it and tell him u like him cause u have nothing 2 lose and if he says no then it's his lost. Also DON'T get a friend 2 ask him who he likes または anything cause then thats like 6th grade stuff. Btw no offense 2 any1 if they put that answer.. but ya this is just wut i wud do so hope this helped :)

How much do あなた like him? If あなた like him a lot, then あなた should ask him. But casually though, like first ask him if he maybe likes someone. If he says yes then ask who. :] And do this all with a smile too!

Just don't tell him "shut the fuck up" if he disagrees with what あなた say, and I'm sure あなた two will have a chance at good relationship. :)
