If she never acts like a friend to you, then it's probably a sign that she's gone off, and is making new friends, so maybe あなた should do the same. I don't know what it's like for you, but i had a similar situation. I had a friend who ignored me the whole time, and i found out that she'd joined up with this new group, and had been laughing behind my back the whole time. All i had to do was chat to some of my other フレンズ to see that the way she'd been treating me didn't even compare. This might not be your case, but maybe if あなた make new フレンズ then she'll realize that she can't take あなた for granted, and then maybe you'll be able to keep her as a friend, but you'll have new フレンズ too!
