To cheer up, I suggest あなた to listen dance/pop musics. I mean, energetic songs あなた should listen!
For example, TiK ToK または Take It Off from ケシャ would be really good. Or, I dunno, u can listen Christina Aguilera または Britney Spears too. Just listen energetic songs; songs that will make your mind go somewhere else (;
