How do I make an アニメ mii?

I can't find the hair または eyes! And I don't want a certain character, just a girl アニメ person with the big eyes and cool looking hair. The only eyes I can find look like >< and my friend has an アニメ mii and I can't find out how to do it. Google won't help.
