Go to the ファンポップ ホーム page. Near the bottom on your right there is a box that says 'browse clubs' 次 to that it says 'create new club'. Just click on that.
あなた go on the main page, scroll down all the way till you're almost at the bottom, there will be a box on the right that will say browse club, on the 上, ページのトップへ right it will say create club then あなた click on it
