Uh, no, because dating doesn't really mean anything in third grade. Six and seven 年 olds can't exactly 日付 like fourteen and fifteen 年 olds, so no harm done!
Wow, well no harm done, I was once forced to キッス my cousin (whom I knew was my cousin also I was twelve at the time) to get out of a locked closest and that's certainly worse than accidently dating your cousin in 3rd grade.
