I think this 質問 has been asked before so i'll copy what i remember of the answer i read LOL
I think they way to become a die-hard/dedicated ファン to a single club is to post as much as あなた can. However i believe if あなた just post/comment one word syllables it doesn't work. I think you're posts and コメント etc have to be reliable and a great length :s
あなた could try sending snugglebum a message as she is a dedicated ファン on the NARUTO -ナルト- spot :) She may be able to tell あなた how she managed it :P

First of all, read link article, it will answer 質問 about メダル for you. And from personal experience, it doesn't take the much to get medals, but it really varies. I've gotten dedicated メダル in like a few days of being active または a few weeks. The die-hard and fanatics take a lot longer though.

as babyblud said, it involves posting alot and praying that everyone else likes it! if i recall correctly, the secret lies in how much people rate your submissions!
