I'm not going to tell あなた who あなた should be フレンズ with as that's a decision あなた should make for yourself.
But if i was in your position i would look carefully at each friend and think back to which one(s) backed あなた up and kept your head high whenever あなた felt down. Think about the one あなた trust the most, not just in keeping secrets, but also to help あなた in your time of need.
What あなた have to think about is this - if あなた befriend one, and the other two fall out with you, then they weren't true friends.
True フレンズ wouldn't mind who あなた hung out with as long as あなた still made time for them. And if they were really good フレンズ they would try to get to know this girl themselves.
However bitchiness and cat-calling among フレンズ is never good as it can lead to big trouble and even the loss of a friendship forever. If all 3 of your フレンズ are fighting and you're in the middle of it, i suggest あなた invite them all over for a movie night または something, get them all in the same room, sit them down and talk to them. Tell them about how they're fights are making あなた feel and explaining to them how あなた want each and every one of them to carry on being your friend, even if they don't want to be フレンズ with each other. if they can't accept that and tell あなた to choose between them both, then they aren't true フレンズ in my opinion.
あなた must tell this W friend of your's that poking is extremely irritating and she has to stop it as あなた don't want to fall out with her. Also if she suffers from smelly breath just tell her in private that she may have halitosis and to see her dentist about getting that fixed. brushing her teeth after every meal, flossing and cleaning her tongue would help too. However if she's doing it just to annoy あなた あなた have to put your foot down and tell her あなた don't appreciate it. If she carried on poking and sticking her breath in front of your face the time is to take it seriously, sit her down, explain you're at the end of your tether and あなた won't stand up to it anymore. Tell her to quit and if she doesn't then unfortunately she wouldn't be a good friend either as フレンズ respect each others 宇宙 and needs.

well thats kind of typical in middle school, if i were あなた i would pick who あなた feel the most comfortable with, i mean do あなた feel like あなた could tell W all your darkest secrets without her telling others または without talking shit about あなた behind your back?

This usually happens in middle school when people get bullied.
