Toothpaste!! Apply it on the hicky, sleep and in the morning it will have reduced..Also, rub it fiercly with a coin wraped in a towel with cold water. Make up may cover the really blue spots, but it will still be visible. Sucks, i know. Wear a scarf, and pretend your throat hurts. Fix your hair in a way to cover it.

ok i've had this problem before, but what i did was i took my lighter and rubbed it in circles on the hichey, i tried many different ways, like use batteries on it just like the lighter, または put a spoon in the freezer for like 5 分 then put it on the hichey! hope this helps!!
