Bruce Jenner is innocent in the four-car crash that some have blamed on texting, he said through his publicist.

The fatal crash that involved former Olympian Jenner resulted in numerous photos for criminal evidence. But the meaning of those photos remains up to the investigators.

“There was a photo showing Mr. Jenner possibly holding a cellphone prior to the crash,” said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Phillip Brooks.

In addition, the Lexus headed into oncoming traffic, where it was in a collision with a Hummer. Kim Howe, a 69-year-old resident of California, was the driver of that Lexus and died at the scene.
