Do あなた think 虹 the Clown deserved to go to jail?

I just saw this episode today and it got me thinking. Did he really have to go to jail? I personally think he shouldn't have. I mean, the bleach was what turned him to Mr. Mime, 虹 was never evil to begin with. But I'd like to hear your opinion! :)

My opinion is no because he didn't mean to be evil. Thye bleach made him evil and to me that is not very fair. He is a joy to all kids anyways an the Powerpuff girls just TOTaLLY ruined his career. The Powerpuff girls were mean to bring him to jail.
