Help raising Pokemon!

This is simply a disaster, my gothitelle is so weak and it has almost reached lv.50! My other pokemon Zoroark and Lucario are growing okay but ALL of Zoroarks stats are lower level in comparison with Lucario's stats.

Gothitelle weakest points:attack and speed
Lucarios weakest points: none
Zoroarks weakest points: defense though you'd expect that.
What shall I do?

My Zoroarks level is 46. My Lucarios level is 44 and Gothitelles is 43. Hope that helped a little.

Zorark-Same thing as Gothitelle except instead give it Iron または Defense Wings. It's natural that Zorarks stats would be lower than Lucario's (If your playing B2/W2) あなた got Riolu around lv. 5 correct あなた get Zorua at lv. 25. It's been proven that the lower あなた start training a pokemon the higher the starts are gonna be plus Lucario is a very powerful Pokemon all on it's own.

Another thing is あなた Pokemon's natures depending on them is what stats are gonna be higher または lower. What are they're natures?

I got all my pokemon from an egg and Zoroarks nature is sassy, lucarios is adament, gothitelles is sassy

I also knew about how あなた get pokemon from a high level they'll turn out MUCH weaker, I keep telling my friend that but he never listens cause he got milotic at level 50....... not good. My milotic, i traded it to someone else for my baby zorua. I'll never give up zoroark and plus I'm planning to play a prank on my friend cause he REALLY wants a zorua but i got it after the school days. One 日 I will verse him with my zoroark planning to shock him によって disguising as gothitelle. (I've joined the darkside cause I like cookies)
