Shinosaki Mikoto is a shy 15 年 old boy who passes his days in high school inside the same routine... that's until Fukasawa Yuki, the girl Shinosaki has a crush on, invites him to 登録する to the サイクリング club. Accepting her invitation, Shinosaki decides to 登録する an meets Fukasawa Yusuke, Yuki's older brother and leader of the club, and Terao, the club vicepresident. With this he enters into the サイクリング world and starts the journey that will lead him to realize his dream of becoming the Tour of France's champion.
