It definitely looks like Henry and Violet didn't end up together (No surprise, since they're only 14-years-old and those relationships RARELY work out) because there is NO WAY two white people would have a child of color like her. I wonder who her mother is. I don't plan on watching season 7, but she seems like a talented actress.
