It's called seal lullaby.It was for a movie called the White Seal,sadly, they never made the movie. The story behind what happened was that the producers asked some one(i forget his name if he knows anyone who could write the music for it, he recommended his friend, Eric Witacre. He accepted the offer and composed the music. He sent it in and for a while wasn't getting any reponse back from the producers, so he called them to see what was up.....they replied- Oh, we decided to make Kung Fu Panda instead,sorry-_-...Poor guy....but we got this beautiful music out of it!(hope the link works.)
