TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various コンサート tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the ロンドン concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.
Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."
Just like with Dr. Murray, Jackson had a doctor who accompanied him during rehearsals and tours, attending to his needs.
The point ... the grueling コンサート schedules reduced MJ to a physical mess, prone to relying on and demanding drugs to sleep.
The "This Is It" ロンドン tour was especially grueling, because AEG added dozens of コンサート dates for Michael, who was already in an extremely weakened state and terrified he would fail.
All of this dovetails into a defense theory ... that Jackson felt enormous pressure to rehearse for the "This Is It" tour, and when he couldn't sleep he relied on Propofol to do the trick. The defense believes when Murray walked out of the room and Jackson woke up, he accidentally infused himself with a fatal dose of the drug out of frustration and fear.

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the ロンドン concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed によって Joe Jackson.
TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG によって filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the コンサート promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.
Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a ハート, 心 resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.
According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment によって enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."
Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.
AEG and Murray had no comment.

TMZ has confirmed that the singer and three of his children stopped によって Michael's tomb at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA this weekend to pay their respects.
According to Stevie's rep, Wonder and his kids had gone to the cemetery to visit Stevie's dearly departed mother -- but Stevie's children insisted they visit MJ too.
Wonder and MJ were famously close -- and at MJ's memorial last year, Stevie told the crowd he often let Michael know how much he loved him ... and was "at peace with that."

Lisa Marie Presley's desperate plea for ファン to bring もっと見る お花 to Michael Jackson's tomb must have fallen on deaf ears -- because as of today the entrance to the tomb was pretty bare.
Michael Jackson's ex-wife complained about too much "empty space" around the singer's tomb on her MySpace page yesterday -- and urged ファン to fill the void with lots of sunflowers ... but obviously that didn't happen.
ファン have since fired back, claiming they've been faithfully doing their part flowers-wise since MJ died last year.

God help anyone who uses a picture of Michael Jackson to hawk their products, because the licensee of MJ's image is going after some new companies with a vengeance.
Bravado International Group -- which markets all things Michael -- is suing T-Line Design, Inc. based in Oregon.
According to the federal suit, obtained によって TMZ, T-Line is downright "defiant," sardonically 書く a blog that says, "...it SUCKS TOTAL BOLLOCKS when people steal those creations..."
The suit seeks $750 for each image illegally used, as well as statutory damages of $150,000.
