If あなた don't mind やおい and like teacher-student relationships, there's a totally 安全, 安全です one-book マンガ called Ciao Ciao Bambino that you'll probably like. As a twist, the teacher is the uke ouo
Fruits Basket is a good one. Through and through fluff and emotion, great plot, great characters, very relatable, lots of romance, and just 全体, 全体的です あなた get really attached to it.
Another good one is Kimi ni Todoke. I read the first volume and I just 愛 it so far.
Last but not least: Ouran Highschool Host Club. Funniest romcom マンガ out there as far as I know. Trust me. The マンガ art isn't exactly my お気に入り (I prefer the art in the anime), but the story in the マンガ is somewhat better than the anime.
