Do あなた think he likes me?(Caution:Long description)

There's this guy I know who moved from Oklahoma before school started. We go to his house for lunch and sometimes he brings friends, but yesterday and 2 days before(Tuesday)his フレンズ couldn't go. So it was just the 2 of us. When he's with his フレンズ he seems to pay もっと見る attention to them and jokes around with them but when it's just us he would ask me 質問 about who I like and things like that. He seems really interested but I'm not sure. Like Tuesday, I asked him if he liked any girls and he 発言しました "not really" but he brought it up Thursday: "Hey, remember when あなた asked me that? Well, there's this one girl but I'm pretty sure あなた know her." So he wouldn't tell me.
So I have my suspicions. But whenever he's around others (like I said) He tends to sort of shun me. He got out of a relationship that ended because he thought the girl was being too clingy and he says I'm cool because he thinks I'm not like that. But I am starting to worry a little bit and I just don't want to scare him... Sorry for this long 説明 :(
