On guitarhero.com, they are saying that ギター Hero Warriors of Rock will be the last ギター Hero game Neversoft and Activision will ever make.

Rock Band is realll good!
It is just like ギター Hero, but もっと見る advanced!The pro instruments are really good for learning ギター and drum students!
Besides, the pro ギター controller is an actual electric ギター and あなた can play it on an acual electric ギター amp!

FYI: I use to be a ギター Hero ファン and now I 愛 Rock Band!
