This is Gaara's speech to motivate the Allied Shinobi Forces to stop fighting with one another during the start of the Fourth Great Ninja war.

I wanted to destroy it with my own hands. The exact same thing 暁(NARUTO) is trying to do today. But one man, one ninja from Konohagakure stopped me....
