Please help me I'll give あなた リスペクト または anything just help!!!!!

Ok I have had my pet Betta 魚 (Stefan) for 3 days now and when we bought him we also bought another betta but the 次 morning it died but I still had Stefan and i was so upset that my mom bought me 2 goldfishes but in 3 hours they both died so i got on the internet and found out that tap water kills them so since i still had Stefan i got him a 3 gallon tank and water conditioner a heater becasue they are tropical 動物 and a filter with some little decorations but arent betta 魚 supposed to flare there fins または gills または whatever but he hasent did that and i don't no whats wrong and there is this black spot on him can someone tell me what it is???or whats wrong???PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

hmm..well i had a beta 魚 and i just put water that i got from the grocery store lol and yeah he lived for a good amount of time...but then her jumped out of the water and killed himself -.- and i was looking for him for three days!! xD..oh how i miss Swimmy lol so yeah idk about the gill thing but thats all ik i hope it kinda helped!! good luck with ur whittle fishy!!! -Cassi :D

Well there is a couple possible things it could be.
1.It might be his natural coulouring
2.it could be age spots
3.his fin could be rotting.
4.he could have black spot disease

I hope your 魚 is ok and i really hope its only colouring. I hope this helps!
