When あなた コメント on a プロフィール wall, the ファン whose プロフィール it is always gets a message in his または her アップデート about it, but obviously they sometimes don't reply. When あなた コメント on a club wall, only people who choose to look at the ウォール section see it (I think the same is true for personal clubs).
