How come I can only アップロード YT 動画 to this site? What about the other similar websites?

YouTube is not the only video sharing network. There is a lot of other websites with 動画 to share, yet none of those sites works on Fanpop, except YT. Why only YT videos? That doesn't make any sense to me.
