Internet Explorer keeps 表示中 ファンポップ like this with Japanese.

An it doesn't let me add stuff. I needed to use Google Chrome to post this. How do I fix it?

あなた should only select the language あなた want to use on ファンポップ selecting it from the 一覧 at the bottom of the page, that should resolve your problem :)

Down at the site of ファンポップ あなた can find the languages and then change back to the language あなた want to. (BTW あなた got it in Arabic language, not Japanese :)
