I am not that surprised!! One of the reasons that I thought Rose was never coming back was the change between RTD to Steven Moffat, don’t get me wrong I love Steven, but I heard in comments by both that RTD was a shipper and Steven Moffat was not!! I am a big Doctor/Rose shipper so I’m really disappointed to rule out COMPLETELY that possibility!!
