I believe Steven Moffat is trying to completely 移動する away from Russell T. Davies' Doctor Who series. He changed the look of the TARDIS and the sonic screwdriver. If あなた think about it, only 2 enemies from the 前 seasons were mentioned again in Season 5, the Daleks and the weeping angels.
