She's got red hair, あなた can see her on the series 5 promo.

She kinda looks like an 'Alice' to me but that's just me speculating.

Yes Donna appeared in The Runaway Bride, but refused the offer to go with the Doctor, because she thought it was too dangerous. But then met the Doctor again in series 4 and によって that time had changed her mind and became the Doctor's companion for the rest of the series up until Journeys End, where she accidently took the Doctor's time lord consciousness into her own head and was killing her, so the doctor had to wipe her memory of her time with The Doctor.
