Mirage is a super, correct?

She's a bada**

Helga has been able to take on men larger than her with her martial arts skills, ex. Rourke, and is tough enough to survive multiple story fall and still shoot accurately into Rourke's hot air balloon, basically killing him. Mirage probably has the edge in terms of weapons and could probably take the fight to a level Helga couldn't but by then, Helga would probably have already downed her with her martial arts skills. Mirage was pretty frail. I think more people are voting for her just because they have seen Incredibles and haven't seen Atlantis.

Outcome - Mirage does everything in her power to combat Lt. Helga Sinclair, attempting to use the most advanced, high-tech weapons at her disposal from Syndrome’s arsenal, which says a lot, and Sinclair is undoubtedly impressed. To her credit, she’s able to roll with Sinclair’s punches and kicks every step of the way, even better than she did with Parr’s. But, ultimately, Sinclair’s martial arts skills are too acute for Mirage to keep up with. She reminds Mirage it’s nothing personal, and takes her down in a matter of minutes with a mere chop to the pressure point. However, before Mirage is down for more than forty seconds, Lt. Sinclair physically maims herself into a state of unconsciousness trying to teach herself to utilize Mirage's complex weaponry.
