I'm not sure she knew Prince Ali was Aladdin from the beginning. That makes her look so stupid.

Animaluco she didn't get a good look at his face until Rajah was attacking him. How could she have known? Anyway these are my top 3 smartest disney princesses. Anyway I just think it's weird that Jasmine didn't know she needed money to pay for an apple. Didn't they teach her anything in those classes of hers? Either her or Tiana.

Jasmine isn't smart. She's all ego.. All talk with no walk. All she did was that pole vaulting thing. That's it. No other recognition of her demonstrating intelligence.

Tiana did a lot of stupid things, like kissing Naveen & trusting a crazy blind lady and an alligator

At this point, I don't really care if Jasmine or Tiana has to go first, but really, this is riddiculous - I know there are many Jasmine-Fans out there, but heathersvan is right, she is all talk with no walk. It's frustrating, I thought we finally had a countdown not based on personal likes and dislike and then they voted Pocahontas (who I don't like, but demonstrates more intelligence than Jasmine for sure), Rapunzel (who would be on place two on my list) and Belle (place three) out.

Jasmine should be voted out a long time ago..i think the smartes are:

Tiana,Mulan(Even though i REALLY dislike her) and Rapunzel.

Bella would be on the 4th place.

@Swanpride some people here are not being biased and i already explained to you why i think jasmine is smart. if you're gonna complain that every little countdown is based on personal favorites, well i'm sorry but you're just stating the obvious. that happens since the day i came here, in 2008. i admit, i'm also tired of biased people, but you're just accusing that every single person in this spot is doing that, just because you don't agree with the results. i got mad when rapunzel left and yes, that time, they were all just being biased, cause no one explained why they consider rapunzel the least smart. they were just saying "oh, time for her to go", "she's stupid", "she's naive"...seriously, those are stupid arguments. but yesterday belle was eliminated and you didn't see those type of comments, people actually explained why she didn't deserve to be in the top 3

@pretty_angel92 What exactly did Jasmine what was so smart? I'm still waiting for an example (being a fast learner concerning physical activites doesn't count imo. That doesn't mean she can learn with her mind just as fast). She doesn't even question why Aladdin is still alive although Jafar told her that he was killed.
I mean, I get it, she looks smart, but does she act smart? Smarter than Rapunzel and Belle and Mulan?
And concerning Belle: I only read "being able to read doesn't make her smart", and yes, that's right, but that doesn't make her stupid either. I mean, Jasmine manages to distract Jafar for a moment by pretending to like him. Belle uses the same trick to lure Gaston through the room, encouraging him to lean against the door and then opens the door to get rid of him. That is more difficult than simply distracting him.

Jasmine learns quickly, and she's intelligent enough to go against the law (doesn't want to marry at the beginning, because she's not in love)> That's pretty modern of her!

Tiana is smart, but she kissed a frog knowing from the story that when a Princess kisses a frog he turns into a Prince. And she knew she wasn't a princess, not matter how pretty her dress was.

She didn't care what her father had told her (until the end)

She makes some smart choices, and obviously she has to be smart to run a successful restaurant, but she also did some stupid things.

I love Jasmine dearly, but boy does she do some incredibly stupid shit. There's obviously the matter of not really knowing the score, so to speak, in Agrabah, but TBF, it could be the case of being outside the palace for the first time, so she's a bit out of her element. And then there's the animated series where she takes that oil from Mirage that turns her into a Naga creature. I guess other than the obvious moral of "love conquers all", there's also the moral of "don't accept things from strangers; you don't know where they've been". Tiana comes a close second.

Swanpride do you really expect Jasmine to actually trust Jafar? She could've realized that Jafar was lying because he was. How about how she managed to trick Aladdin into admiting that he's the boy from the market.

@KataraLover Well, she trusted him enough to believe him that Aladdin was death, didn't she?
Good point with her tricking Aladdin though - that's one of the reasons would put her in the middle of the ranking rather than the very bottom.
