I use Photoshop または GIMP to create my wallpapers. But it takes a while to get used to them. I'm not the best, but if あなた need a "small tutorial"... I'd be happy to help あなた :)

ive downloaded gimp before. I just cant figure out how to use it very good. So yeah a tutorial would be good thanks.
