I saw the Cobra Kai trailer when Netflix acquired it and thought it looked interesting.* Then I finally watched the Karate Kid movies, which I'd successfully avoided my entire life, so I'd know the necessary background info for CK. =P

I heard about it on Youtube but didn't watch it until it came to Netflix.

I remember the Karate Kid and all the films associated with it.I thought it would be interesting to see how they could follow on from all that.I have to say I prefer Cobra Kai the writing is a credit to all concerned.Just can't get enough of it really *lol* !

I like the whole idea of Balance in life.I suppose the other dojo's help with that balance as they each bring different techniques and teachings :)

What can I say after watching the first season I was just hooked !! roll on season four !

Cobra Kai: by my brother but didn't have Netflix before.
Karate Kid: over 30 years ago when I was around 3-4 years old when I first seen the first film. Hence, the first Karate Kid was released in cinemas the year I was born.

I liked different things about each season... but I think at the moment, I am slightly leaning toward S2. But they're all very close.

I do really like Miguel and Sam together but also I do like Hawk and Demetri's friendship :)

I think i'm more like Amanda than anyone.The voice of reason,practical and very protective of her family.

In Cobra Kai ...Tory says her name is "Tory with a Y"

In The Karate Kid Ali says her name is "Ali with a I"

Also this is a bit morbid but in "The Karate Kid" Tommy shouts to Johnny (about Daniel) "Put him in a body bag"! Then ironically in Cobra Kai Tommy ends up in a body bag himself.

Skeleton Miguel was pretty bad-ass. And all the Cobras wearing the skull masks on their bike trip. No skeleton is just a skeleton anymore, it's Cobra Kai-related. XD

I like most of what Tory wears, 'cause it's functional yet badass. But I vote Robby, 'cause it looks like he raided my closet. XD

I do have the Karate Kid 1 2 and 3 dvd box set.Think i'll start collecting all the Cobra Kai series as well.

I have 4 Karate Kid movies on DVD, S1&2 of CK on DVD, and 2 t-shirts. Netflix is wicked slow about putting their stuff on DVD, but I'm really hoping Sony bullies them into releasing CK3 soon. I quite enjoy the freedom of not having to rely on Netflix. #HardCopies4Life

...also, I want an Eagle Fang shirt. XD

I'd like something good to happen for Robby.I'm just not sure what at the moment though.But he really deserves some kind of happiness ♥

I'd really like for Johnny and Robby be cool. (But if Johnny picks Miguel over his own kid one more time, I SWEAR TO GOD I am going to reach through my screen and strangle him. I WILL find out a way to make this work, Lawrence!)

Also kinda want Sam and Tory join forces, maybe to kick the ass of an even bigger bitch. I'd love to see them have the same kind of reluctant/annoyed relationship that Daniel and Johnny sometimes have.
