In season one, when Claire finds out she's pregnant, she says that her "mum would disown her".

Am I totally missing something here, or was her mom in a coma at this time? Why do I think that her mom was in a coma when she got on the plane?

Anyways, I'm a little lost! lol

I remember her telling her mom that she was pregnant while her mother was still in a coma. I'm assuming this scene occurred not too long before she got on the plane.

Her mother was in a coma throughout her pregnancy. We see a scene in her season 3 flashback where a visibly pregnant Claire is talking to her unconscious mother. That comment was just Claire guessing about how her mother might react if/when she found out.
