I picked this one because on one section it showed her with her grey hair, and on the episode, where the older Janeway returned to the younger one on Voyager, to help them to come home,and in the process she sacrifices herself to infect the Borg, with the Borg equivalent of a virus This shows that not only did she have the welfare of her ship and crew in her heart, but that she would sacrifice herself for the safety of all life, human and alien.and i would be proud to own her as my Captain.
