It has nothing to do with gender. I've met very emotional men & women before and men & women with strong minds and mental abilities. It depends really on how あなた were raised mostly-nothing to do with gender.
Who cares? Every man and woman is different and handles themselves and situations differently.
Strength is not gender exclusive.
There is no "greater sex". I don't know why people feel like they need continue to ask this over and over again, because it REALLY gets old, but whatever.
