Now that あなた have Photoshop, we can get started.
First あなた need to click File--->New---> width 800, height 100 pixels. Then あなた click Ok and あなた have a background.

Now あなた click File--->Open and あなた select a 写真 あなた want to open. Then あなた crop and resize it. I usually choose 110 または 120 height. Now right click on little window and 移動する to new window. Now your image is in new window and あなた need to drag it to your banner. Then あなた use a little ARROW/アロー from the panel on the left and 移動する your image where あなた want it.
