For one as discussed above the stealing of Mako got me really mad at her. She thinks she can have everything because of her アバター status (more on that to come). She took advantage of her friend. But even worse, she lead Bo on. She took him on a 日付 and made him think a relationship was possible, and then on the same night kissed his own brother. How cool is that? Note the sarcasm. It;s not, not at all.
So about the abuse of power. This was seen from the very start when she tried to worm her way out of getting in trouble for property damage. She outright told Lin that "you can't do this I'm the Avatar". Lin basically told her "Avatar または not, the law is the law". And I'm glad Lin wasn't having any of that. I mean gosh; Aang was never cut any slack, in fact most accused him of being an imposer. She used her status as the アバター to steal Mako. Power abuse is not okay. And if I remember right she used her power as the アバター to intimate that guy protesting bending in episode one.
Secondly, she's not a very good avatar; she's immature and irresponsible, and neglects her
responsibilities to improve her 愛 life. I'm just going to pull my コメント from the tumblr confession アンケート for this. (The confession states;I hate when people say Korra is a bad アバター just because all she does is care about her relationship, give attitude, and didn’t have to work for anything. She was kept in a compound for 17 years of her life. There wasn’t a major war going on when she was young, unlike Aang, and she was forced to stay with the White Lotus. Circumstances are different in this season. Cut Korra some slack. Imagine if あなた were kept in the same place your whole life, and was then thrown into a situation like Republic City.) I also disagree with this one. Aang was i a relationship(ish) with Katara and he only once let that get in between his duty as the アバター but that's because Katara was dying and he'd rather save her and wait for another time to master the アバター state Mako was never really in any life または death situations but almost all of her energy was focused on him, it was ridiculous. She was going to Pema for relationship アドバイス もっと見る than she went to Tenzin for airbending advice! And she does give attitude, yes this isn't as big a problem but it's still pretty annoying. And no she didn't really have to work for anything, and that's not cool. Aang had to work for literally everything; food, shelter, and people to teach him bending, and he accomplished so much. Korra was way to sheltered. I don't care if she was in a compound, she still could have worked for things. Believe me I try to cut her some slack but when I look at Aang and Asami and even Mako (whom I truly hate) I just can't. Even Mako can get some slack from me; at least they guy worked for his shelter.
