1.His Accent
His accent is so Magestic.
So the others aren't as much?
2.His personality
His personality is pretty funny and あなた can happily tease at him as he 返信 with cussing.
3.Fanart?
The fanarts of him makes him look better probably are the reasons why people 愛 him so much.
4.Past
Pretty good Past, but France past is pretty good too, then again it wouldve been awesome if it revealed like Italy and france were assasins, since their people were. :D
