Depends on how old NARUTO -ナルト- is when the fight took place. If he was at the age he was near the end of the series, I think he would definitely win; realistically, I don't see InuYasha winning against NARUTO -ナルト- with his controlled biju state, sage mode, and countless techniques just because Inuyasha's a half-demon. But if NARUTO -ナルト- was only 12 and hadn't even graduated the academy yet, InuYasha would probably pummel him even in his human form. xD
Well it depends if we're basing Naruto's strength pre-timeskip または post-timeskip/end of the series. If it was pre-time skip Naruto...well 犬夜叉 would win. Post-timeskip Naruto...Naruto totally could win the fight.
