I don't even like her that much. I mean sometimes she's ok, but most of the time, I just wish she would shut up.

Everyone can have their own opinions, so I respect yours. But あなた have to respect mine. She is VERY rarely used for fanservice. And when she is, that's her being a teen. Just like you.
Lucy haters are a whole lot もっと見る annoying than Lucy is. Lucy was a great character.

あなた say "Everyone can have their own opinions", yet あなた go to personal attack against everyone who doesn't like Lucy. Doesn't that make あなた a hypocrite?
I used to really dislike her (can't remember why though, maybe because of the ファン service and her being too clingy all the time). Now I'm kinda indifferent about her, but she's still one of my least favourites. I just don't find her personality to be appealing and don't see anything that "special" about her, that's all.
