They're from the Japanese F2P web browser game Kantai Collection a.k.a KanColle an アニメ based off of the game just started airing last month. I personally haven't seen the アニメ または played the game so I don't know if the characters in the picture あなた have are in the アニメ または not.
But あなた can watch the アニメ free and legally on Crunchyroll link

The characters are (from left to right) Akatsuki, Hibiki, Inazuma, and Ikazuchi.
