Creepiest アニメ scene/series?

Paranoia Agent has a disturbing segment about three people (a little girl, a young man, and an old man) who meet up over the internet to commit suicide together. The whole segment is literally seeing the three kill themselves, and watching as other people kill themselves with a really creepy sort of fascination.

Most disturbing アニメ I've heard of is Geno Cyber. I mean a centipede-like skeleton/brain-intestine creature rips out of a guy O.o
